Description Learning Management System (LMS) is an application of comprised Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) and Computer Assisted Teaching (CAT) models. LMS is built on Sharable Courseware Object Reference Model (SCORM) 2004 standard. The system utilizing Mastery Learning Method as a part of learning based competency which is attached appropriately to the curriculum. The system has been designed by using a web based application to guarantee its accessbility and reuseability for its future uses to support the existing learning process. Trial done out of this new learning system in SMUN 1 Puri. Based on the new system, the result of learning process is able to be reported electronically.
